This web site availability Service Level agreement (SLA) applies to you if you have ordered any hosting plan ("service") and you are in good financial standing with

Service Level endeavors to have network connectivity available by http: and https: access by third parties at least 99.9% of the time ("web site availability").


In the event that there is no web site availability, will credit the monthly service charge for the service as calculated below and as measured 24 hours a day in a calendar month. The maximum credit is not to exceed the monthly service charge for the affected month:

99.9% Uptime or Money Back

Monthly Uptime 95% - 99.8% - 10% Credit

Monthly Uptime 90% - 94.9% - 25% Credit

Monthly Uptime 89.9% and below - 100% Credit

In order for you to receive a credit on your account, you must request such credit within seven (7) business days after you experienced web site unavailability so that we may check our uptime stats. You must request credit by contacting ( Support ). The message must contain your domain name, the dates and times of the unavailability of your web site, and such other customer identification requested by JUSTCLICKHostingcom. Credits will usually be applied within sixty (60) days of your credit request. Credit to your account shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event that there is no web site availability.


Credits shall not be provided to you in the event that you have no web site availability resulting from (i) scheduled maintenance, (ii) your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, programs or applications, or (iii) circumstances beyond's reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, DDoS attacks (distributed denial-of-service), unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your web site.


Online problems occur continuously. There might come a time when you cannot access your website or any other service. This is not necessarily due to Perhaps your ISP is experiencing technical difficulties, or there might be a routing problem between your ISP and the data center utilized and maintained by, making communication difficult or impossible. We cannot bear the responsibility of such problems. Our monitoring agents determine the uptime of our service, and not any one client's experience.

Data Backup & Restoration is not responsible for the restoration of data to server. We strongly recommend that you purchase backup options for your server and keep copies of your data off-site with you for emergency purposes. If hardware failure and data loss occur, you the client, are responsible for data restoration. shall not be liable for loss of data under any circumstance.

Backup Retention Policy

Shared Hosting Backups performs daily and/or weekly backups on all of our shared servers to ensure that critical files are never lost. However, is not responsible for lost data, time, income or any other resource due to faulty or non-existent backups.

Please always backup your data for redundancy. There is a one-time fee of £10.00 for us to restore a backup for your account due an error beyond our control. If your account or data is lost due to hardware issues we will restore your files at no additional charge. The data on our shared servers are backed up on a separate offsite server on a daily and/or weekly basis. We can not ensure 100% recovery, but we will do our best to recover everything we can. The modest charge for backup restoration provides a measure of security for you and compensates us for the time it takes to restore your files.

VPS/Dedicated Server Backups

Due to the nature of VPS and dedicated servers, does not provide any sort of backup solution by default. It is up to you, the client, to maintain proper backups of your own data. We will provide the following options for backups at an additional cost.

For VPS accounts, we highly recommend the purchase of a remote FTP storage account to configure your server to take backups locally and then sFTP them to the remote storage space. Should anything happen to your VPS account, the remote backups would remain intact and available to yourself as well as to our Technical Support team. Apart from this measure, we also recommend that you maintain at least 1 copy of your data on your local home and/or office machine for improved data redundancy and disaster recovery. As an upgrade option our VPS servers can also include up to 3 bare metal roll back recovery points taken daily, but these should be considered as a final resort in addition to any backup plan you have in place.

For dedicated server accounts, we highly recommend that you purchase backup options for your server and keep copies of your data off-site for emergency purposes. a remote FTP storage account can also be configured. If you choose to enable backups on your local disk or VPS partition, the space the backups take will count towards your total usable space on that disk. Should that disk fail, be hacked, or otherwise become corrupt, will not be held liable for lack of backups of your data.
